We sell subscriptions to detailed statiscal analyses of Port State Control Inspections in the Paris MOU Region and the European Union. We are committed to providing up to date analyses based on inspection data published by the European Commission and related organizations.
You may use, print or download this information for use within your organization, provided you do not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or any other proprietary notices. You may not retrieve the data to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from Quality Sailing. Nor may you publish any content or its portions in any form without written permission from Quality Sailing. All other rights are reserved.

Trial and Refund Policy
You have the option to cancel your subscription within a trial period of 60 days. You may cancel your subscription at any time during this trial period and will receive a 90% refond on any subscription fees paid. However, after the trial period expires the conditions for prolongation and cancellation will apply and you will have no right to demand a refund.

Payment
You pay for the subscription by means of a yearly, pre-payable subscription fee, for which you wil receive an invoice.

Prolongation and cancellation
Your subscription will be prolongated on a yearly basis unless you inform us at least 30 days before the date of prolongation. You may cancel your subscription at any time for any reason. After your subscription is cancelled no further payments will be due. However, there will not be any full or partial refunds for any reason of the payments already made.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. Any such changes will be posted online on the Producs and Prices pages of our PSIPP product. If you do not agree with the new terms and conditions your only option is to cancel your subscription according to the terms set forth above.

Use of subscriptions
You purchase the subscription for exclusive use by your organization. Sharing your subscription with anyone outside your organization is prohibited. It is your responsibility to keep your password private and secure. If you believe your password may have been compromised please notify us immediately.
