Welcome to Quality Sailing's improved Port State Inspection Performance Program (PSIPP), offering statistical analyses of Port State inspections in the Paris MOU region. On this site you'll find detailed analyses of PSC inspections that can be used as a tool for performance improvement by the shipping industry as well as by classification societies and maritime authorities. Due to enthousiastic interest shown by the shipping industry, what originally started as a small project to monitor the PSC performance of traditional and historical ships, has grown into a full scale project providing PSC-performance transparancy and monitoring applications to all parties involved in port state control: shipowners & DPA's, port & port state authorities, PSC-surveyors, flag state authorities and classification societies. We are committed to adjust and improve this service to the need of our subscribers and welcome your participation, comments and suggestions. |
